Request for Transportation by Private Vehicle

Huron Valley Schools does not always provide transportation for student-athletes to and from events, including home and away games and practices. The student-athlete’s parent or guardian should become fully aware of how the student-athlete is being transported to and from all events. As a condition to participation on an athletic team, the student-athlete and parent or guardian assume full and complete responsibility for transportation to and from all events. At certain times, the school district may provide transportation, but the student-athlete and parent or guardian still remain ultimately responsible for transportation to and from all events. The student-athlete and parent or guardian release and agree to hold harmless Huron Valley Schools and its employees, coaches, and board members from any and all claims related to any transportation issue.
